The jokers are Handel and Haydn; the aces are Wagner, Gershwin, Tchaikovsky and Liszt; kings are Mozart, Beethoven, Bach and Brahms. The deck itself carries little origin information; online sources give the production era as the 1970s and the company that produced it as the Thurston Moore Country Ltd. of Tennessee.
