Based on the French deck, a descendant of the legendary Tarot cards, rose to fame in Rouen in 1609. Nidus Veneficae = Witches nest Promotional deck of the former Geisterwerkstatt (Spirit Workshop), an entertainment venue which ceased activities ca 2010. Based on a newspaper article the deck has been introduced to public in April 2002.
