Created by Paul Nojima, sold on Etsy.com, with each of the four suits representing the four main Houses of Westeros:
Diamonds: House Lannister
Clubs: House Targeryen
Hearts: House Baratheon
Spades: House Stark

Each number-card character has a portrait, name, and (associated) house sigil.  This is a full 54-card poker-sized deck of playing cards. Each character is hand drawn and the Aces are the house sigils. The distressing on the vintage edition was done as post-processing before printing to create a deck of cards that actually looks like it came from Westeros. Each deck comes in a custom designed tuck box and the cards are professionally printed on high quality 310gsm card stock with linen finish.

There is the standard version with a white background on the cards and this vintage version which features an aged paper look.  In addition, there were both a v1 (2013) and a v2 (2015) version of this deck that came in a basic clear plastic case.  The newest ‘complete version’ (2016) does include a proper tuckbox.
