Diamon Playing Cards is a project created by Artedame Dutch Design Studio in collaboration with several Cardists and Magicians. The artwork of all the (upcoming) decks consists of diamonds assembled with mathematical precision to create a harmonious composition. In the base the design exists of two colours, which complement each other and fuse to create a unique pattern. For the first Diamon Cards deck, three designs have been created. These were extensively tested and improved several times. Eventually the choice for the back has fallen on design N° 2. The disposition is composed of shades from lime to forest green and cyan to night blue. This summer season theme is exposed beautifully and functions incredibly well, handling to highest standards for perfect flourishes, fans and shuffling the cards. While making the fronts we respected the traditional court cards and pips, yet also harmonized the theme and pattern, together with the custom tuck box. The index is left standard to easily differentiate the cards when the deck is used for magic or ordinary card games.​
