This is the prototype of the Market Manipulation Bull Edition that was produced for color testing, and ultimately destined for the Bear Edition of the Kickstarter campaign. Tucks are produced by Boschiero & Newton and cards are prototype printed by MPC (campaign would see Cartamundi as printer for cards). This prototype still contained the original petroleum green cards as the official Bull Edition without completed Ace artwork. From the creator: Lune Playing Cards announces the Initial Deck Offering (IDO) for its Market Manipulation deck series. A total of up to 1,500 Bull Edition and 1,500 Bear Edition will be offered to the public. This is a tale from the toxic and abrasive environment of 80s finance, exploring its money-crazed, over-ambitious and cutthroat character. Each figure is entirely designed from scratch by Pennypine, an extremely talented artist with a brash and distressed style -a perfect fit with the personality of each character. The aim? To show the toxic world of 1980s finance, with its contradictions and many flaws.
