The second edition of Pinocchio Sapphire offers a fresh take on the Pinocchio deck, originally released in 2018 in collaboration with Passione Playing Cards LLC and printed by The United States Playing Card Company with the patronage of the Fondazione Nazionale Carlo Collodi. The new edition features a fine blue-colour edge printed in Italy. This particular ennoblement preserves the playability of the deck, adding a smooth touch to the handling and vibrant colour to the edges. The design of the tuck boxes, printed in Italy by Boschiero & Newton on high-quality Fedrigoni paper stock with three types of hot foils and embossing, is dedicated to the illustrator Attilio Mussino. The total run of Pinocchio Sapphire II Ed. – Blue is 380 decks. Each deck is hand-numbered on the pearlescent seal.
