Back by popular demand! Our First Edition of Republic, a custom playing card deck based on Finnish/Nordic folk art and design, sold out so fast after it was featured in WSJ Magazine, that we decided to create a special Second Edition for this deck. This Second Edition of Republic has a new tuck box design, joker, and Ace of Spades, and most importantly to us, it is a peaceable kingdom – all of the Kings are holding flowers instead of weapons. Republic is named for the town where our studio is located, and this town is home to a large Finnish community in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We are excited to have a deck that bears the name of this local community that we love so much, and we cannot wait to share this Second Edition with you!
