Demon Slayer (Japanese – Kimetsu No Yaiba) is a popular Japanese manga and anime revolves around the war between swordsmen against demons during Taisho era of Japan. It follows the story of Tanjiro Kamado, a young boy whose life turned upside down when a demon murdered his family and turned his sister into a demon. In order to seek a remedy for his little sister, he joins the Demon Slayer Corps to become a samura to slay demons. Along with the other swordsmen, the Demon Slayer hoped to defeat Muzan Kibutsuji, the leader of the demons. The story is made by Koyoharu Gotouge. The story was just basic, until it becomes special when animation powerhouse ufotable decided to create the anime series and movies. Now, the anime collaborates with Bicycle Playing Cards to produce the official branded deck.

The Back Design is a two-way illustration of Japanese screen with showing a tsuba (katana’s handguard) on both sides. On the corners is a pattern of haori, Japanese traditional jacket.

The Aces and Number Cards are Semi-Transformation cards. They all show elements that are callbacks to the anime/manga: such as Tanjiro’s wooden box backpack to the Hashira’s elements written in Japanese Kanji characters.

The Courts showcase a range selection of characters in Demon Slayer: including the two main characters and all of the Hashiras:

The Jokers are unique in design layout: black background with snapshots from the anime. They showcase important characters of the story:

• Joker 1 – Kamado Tanjiro, performing Hinokami Kagura
• Joker 2 – Kamado Nezuko, unleashing her demon form
• Joker 3 – Ubuyashiki Kagaya, the leader of the Demon Slayer Corps
• Joker 4 – Kibutsuji Muzan, the father of all demons
