Many wonderful stories in the book have been passed down to later generations and become an immortal monument in Eastern literature. Three hundred years later, ARK explores Eastern fantastical aesthetics once again. The sleeve for the tuck box has a new artwork. The front side of the sleeve showcases the main title with four of the featured stories. The back side of the sleeve showcases the an array of scrolls with several illustrations of the story scenes. The main box is slightly refined.

The Card Backs unfold in animation: 56 illustrations transform the serene Suzhou-style courtyard into a thrilling mysterious realm inhabited with spirits. The four stories correspond to four exclusive colors. Amid ink-wash blending, you will feel as it you are in the world of Liao Zhai. The Aces and Courts showcase scenes of the story in their respective suit.

The holographic deck adopts Netherlight Holo technology, with shimmering light flowing across ink-wash artwork. Rainbow gilded edges resemble moonlight spilling over an ancient courtyard. The background of each cards are colored along with the fronts and backs. It is probably the most colorful deck made by ARK yet.
