Hacienda Resort Hotel Casino Las Vegas, Nevada The Hacienda was a hotel and casino on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada, that operated from 1956 to 1996. The Hacienda’s demise was turned into a New Year’s Eve event when it was imploded on Dec. 31, 1996.
