This is an unbranded Chinese deck which is a parody of USPCC’s Bicycle 808 Rider Backs. The name difference is presumably to side-step copyright issues. The card stock is unusually thick. Its almost as thick as the early holographic foil decks from KWP and TWI, like Legal Tender, Winter Solstice and Monolith v1 and 2. Unfortunately, very little is known about this deck.
