Otto’s A Casino at the Black Forest Inn Black Hawk, Colorado Otto’s was located inside the Black Forest Inn. They were too small and could not compete with the larger casinos. The building was torn down in the late 2010’s, is now a parking lot for the gold mine tour next door.
